Diving deep these days, inward, into my purpose and path. Kundalini yoga and meditation has been my rock lately. Not only a pillar of strength and transformation, but a vehicle that brings me home to myself and shines a bright light in my life everyday. For over a decade I’ve had a daily practice and I value all forms that have lit up my life. The point is to just do it!
Our human experience comes with some gritty work, a spectrum of feelings that can grip us for better or worse. It truly is a blessing to feel, especially to heal. To feel and move through, revolving any stuck places with the work.
For me, sitting in meditation has always been difficult. The deeper I go in my practice, the more I see why doing that simple little difficult thing is so important.
